It clamps onto bars up to 1.7". The clamp has a 5/8" male stud and a 3/8" female socket. The attached EI-A03 mini ball head can hold other accessories.

It can match with small pan to convert screw and hole.1/4"and3/8"screw,16mm hole are available.
